Click on Tools and then Internet Options

Click on the Connections Tab
Highlight CTI Internet and click Settings

Click "Use a proxy server for this connection"
Enter speed.ctitech.com into Address box and 9030 into the Port box
Click OK

Click Advanced tab
Scroll down until you see HTTP 1.1 settings
Make sure Use HTTP 1.1 and Use HTTP 1.1 through proxy connections are checked
Click OK
